You can only lose up to two pounds per week without losing muscle. Plus, when you start to gain muscle your weight goes up because it weighs more. Therefore you should go by inches. I am so sick of hailey and Jon. it makes me sick to even watch their stupid interviews. As if anyone gives a crap how she feels, and YES HALEY EVERONE WILL ALWAY CALL YOU A WHORE!!! Because you are one!!! All i care about is the 8 kids. Hailey is a self rightous whore and so is Jon. She is only sticking with him b/c of the fame. Jon is out fucking anything and everything he can. There has been several woman come forward with evidence that they have had an affair with Jon while he’s been in a relationship with hailey. She is a dumb bitch who is clearly using this poor family to her advantage. Jon is ten times worse then hailey is. He is the number 1 douche bag in America right now. He’s acting like a 17 year old in heat. He is totally off the reservation and he should be locked up for using his children the way he is. Jon and Kate should pull the plug on the show and focus on thier children. Its all a god damn shame!!!!!
