Virtucon Calls 5th Cong. Dist. 2010 Election

We don’t know yet who will WIN VA’s 5th Cong. Dist, but after yesterday’s House vote on the Democrat health care bill, we definitely know who will LOSE.
U.S. Rep. Tom Perriello can now add the abomination of a health care bill to his support for cap and trade, ensuring that he will not be around for a second term no matter how many town hall meetings he conducts.
At least Glen Nye in the 2nd Dist. had the common sense to vote against both of those (little good that will ultimately do him.) Rick Boucher was another of the 39 Democrats who abandoned the good ship S.S. Pelosi on this vote, too.
And after Gov.-elect Bob McDonnell handily carried the 11th Dist., Gerry “The Big Doofus” Connolly should be worried about his votes for the health care and cap and trade bills, too. With Keith Fimian running a strong campaign so far and outraising Connolly last quarter, I think it is safe to say that the 11th Dist. is officially now a toss-up.
