Lindsey Graham Destroys Holder On Reading Osama Bin Laden Miranda Rights

If you want to understand one of the reasons why AG Holder’s decision to try Khalid Sheik Mohammed in civilian court is reckless and irresponsible, watch Senator Lindsey Graham destroy Attorney General Eric Holder’s arguments on Miranda rights on Osama bin Laden. Graham is dead-on target; Holder is evasive, has only weak excuses, and is unable to offer a coherent rationale for his decision. Clearly, the more closely the Obama administration’s decision is examined, the worse it looks.
