A rep for Dr. Conrad Murray tells ET how soon the doctor plans on getting back to work following his plea of not guilty to involuntary manslaughter charges related to the death of Michael Jackson.
The doctor’s spokesperson tells ET that although Murray is still in L.A., he intends to go back to work in Las Vegas in a few days.
